 We intentionally keep cohorts small (6 – 8 women) to ensure a high-touch experience that blends certification, leadership training, and mentorship.

 Project Rise is a project management leadership program designed to help women gain the skills, certification, and confidence needed to lead complex initiatives across industries.

 Through certification, mentorship, and sponsorship, we prepare women to move from execution roles to leadership roles.

Our participants include:

🎓 Early-career graduates: Women within three years of finishing school seeking clarity and leadership pathways.

⏳ Overlooked professionals: Women with 10+ years in the same role who are ready to break through to the next level.

🏡 Returning caregivers: Women re-entering the workforce after time away for family or caregiving.

📈 Mid-career professionals: Women aiming for Director, VP, or senior leadership roles but facing systemic barriers.

 🌎 Women facing bias: Black, Latina, Asian, Indigenous, and multicultural women who remain underrepresented in leadership.

 Our community reflects all women, while staying intentional about elevating women of color.
