Why I Started Project Rise
Throughout my career as a global technology executive and CIO, I repeatedly saw talented women overlooked for opportunities they had already earned.
Project Rise was created to change that.
Today, I help professionals earn certification, build confidence, make connections, and access the support they need to rise into leadership roles - with a special focus on women and underrepresented leaders.
